1. Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking
• 48-Hour Notice: 75% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the tee time
• 24-48 Hour Notice: 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the tee time
• Less than 24 Hour Notice: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tee time
• No-Shows: No refund for no-shows

2. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed automatically through our system when cancellations meet the eligible criteria
• Refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 working days, depending on your bank
• Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

3. Weather Policy

• Full refund provided if the golf course closes due to inclement weather
• Rain checks may be issued at the discretion of the golf course
• Light rain is not considered a valid reason for refund

4. Modifications

• Booking modifications (date/time changes) are subject to availability
• No additional charges for modifications made more than 48 hours in advance
• Modifications within 48 hours may incur a administrative fee
